UKIPO Fees Increase From 1 April 2026
Following the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO)’s announcement this morning, we are alerting our clients and partners to the fact that all UK IP office fees will increase from 1 April 2026, subject to parliamentary approval. The average increase will be 25%.
UK rights holders and applicants should budget for the changes in their IP cost forecasts for next year.
