Bohdana Kobzar

Bohdana is an experienced and innovative IP consultant with a proven track record in advising clients on IP strategy planning, contracts, licencing agreements and copyright registration.

She has worked as an IP consultant both in a private practice and an in-house capacity, and in addition to her IP consultancy experience, she worked for Kiev Commercial Court of Appeal as an Assistant Judge in the specialist Intellectual Property Chamber.

Bohdana is adept at problem solving, and prides herself in taking a pragmatic and commercial approach to working with her clients.

She is fluent in English, Russian and Ukranian.
